PROPERTIES FOR LONG-TERM RENTAL: HAUS CARLA, VILLA NINA, HOTEL BISER

  • The apartments can be rented for 7 months of the year, from 5. October to May 15.
    January will not be charged, as our houses are usually closed for maintenance work from January 5 to 15. February. Other agreements can, of course, be made individually according to needs.
  • Outside the highly visited peak season, you can truly refresh your lungs and bronchi with the salt and iodine-rich air and fully relax.
  • The houses offers free high-speed internet access via fiber optics, which is accessible throughout the entire house via WiFi access points.
  • We are, of course, happy to assist with any matters, especially those related to health
  • In Ulcinj, about 5 km away, there is excellent first aid service and plenty of pharmacies that are open year-round.
  • The e-card can be used in Montenegro, and all medications, such as blood pressure tablets, are very affordable. There is also a wide selection of medications available.
  • A flight ticket to Ljubljana costs about 70 EUR one-way, and Montenegro Airlines operates flights three times a week, year-round. We can arrange an affordable airport transfer between Podgorica and Donji Stoj upon request.
  • With 280 sunny days a year, many outside time can also be enjoyed during the off-season.

INFORMATION HAUS CARLA

  • The following apartments are available on 3 floors with barrier-free access via a lift.
  • In 2025, the rooftop terrace will not be available for guests; however, it is planned to install a sauna, shower facilities, seating, and lounging areas on the rooftop terrace in 2026. The lift will then go directly to the rooftop terrace.

  • The kitchen installed in the apartment is intended for storing dishes and cooking ingredients, as well as for washing up.

  • A freestanding fridge-freezer with energy efficiency class A, making it quiet, is also available in the indoor kitchen.
  • On the covered loggia, there is an outdoor cooking and grilling area, powered by a gas bottle. Additionally, there is space to store pots and other items in the outdoor cabinet.

  • On the loggia, there is a weather-resistant table with cozy terrace chairs available for use. An automatically irrigated planting on the loggia enhances the sense of well-being.
  • A modern ionic hairdryer is provided free of charge in the bathroom. Long-term guests are kindly asked to bring their own bed linen and towels. The dimensions of the beds will be provided before the first arrival.
  • The house’s modern water system ensures that the water at the tap is kept bacteria-free through a water softening system and UV treatment. Additionally, we offer our guests free drinking water from our own reverse osmosis system, with added mineralization, which is available for free in every entrance area.
  • Each apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV that is connected to the Wi-Fi and provides access to familiar providers via Android TV.
