House Carla

Haus Carla is a modern apartment building housing 16 apartments. A lift provides easy access from the ground floor to the rooftop terrace. Each apartment is equipped with a small kitchen and has a cooking facility on the covered terrace.

The spacious room height and barrier-free bathrooms with shower and WC offer comfort for all guests. High-quality carpeting in the living-sleeping area ensures coziness. Free wifi via optical cable and drinking water stations for self-service are available.

Air conditioning is provided quietly and efficiently through ceiling cassette units, capable of both cooling and heating. Each apartment comes with its own safe for valuables, and access to the area is only possible through code locks, ensuring security and privacy.
