Welcome to our hotel! To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies:

1. Check-In and Check-Out Times
   • Check-In: Guests are welcome to check into their rooms starting at 2:00 PM.
   • Check-Out: We kindly ask guests to check out by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
2. Minimum Stay Requirement
   • During our peak season, a minimum stay of 4 days is required.
3. Electricity Usage
   • Electricity is included in the cost of your room up to 5 kW per day. Any usage beyond this will incur a charge of €0.35 per additional kW.
4. Cancellation Policy
   • No Penalty: Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur no charges.
   • 50% Charge: Cancellations made less than 4 weeks but more than 1 week before the scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
   • 100% Charge: Cancellations made less than 1 week before arrival or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
